Sanction Scanner β€” 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner β€” is an AI-powered RegTech company helping 800+ financial institutions worldwide with sanctions screening and AML compliance. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own our growth marketing function end-to-end and build the growth engine that takes us to the next stage.

This is a growth-first role. You'll own the full funnel β€” from how prospects find us to how they convert, expand and stay. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll turn marketing into a predictable, measurable growth machine across Europe, MENA and US.

This is not a strategy seat, you will build, ship and scale the growth engine yourself, then grow a team around what's working. We move fast, we ship often, and we don't wait for perfect, we iterate toward it. You will own every channel that touches pipeline: inbound, outbound, content, events, webinars, paid, SEO, web, lifecycle and our freemium launch. If you think in funnels, run weekly experiments, and obsess over CAC, LTV and pipeline, keep marketing.

πŸ“‹ What You'll Be Doing

  • Own growth, 360Β°. Build and scale the full growth engine across inbound, outbound, paid, SEO, content, email, events, web and lifecycle. Pipeline, CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion are your scoreboards.
  • Run inbound. Turn organic content, SEO, GEO and the website into a compounding lead-gen channel. Own the blog, landing pages, gated assets (whitepapers, reports, guides) and conversion paths.
  • Run outbound. Partner with sales to build outbound sequences, ABM plays and target-account campaigns that open doors inside our ICP.
  • Launch and scale new GTM initiatives. Own the GTM initiatives β€” acquisition, activation, MQL β†’ SQL conversion and lifecycle nurture.
  • Plan events & webinars. Build industry events, regional roundtables and webinars that generate pipeline and build authority with compliance leaders.
  • Publish thought leadership. Whitepapers, research reports, blogs, case studies, LinkedIn, content engineered to rank, convert and earn trust in a regulated buyer's world.
  • Drive demand. Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across Europe, MENA and US.
  • Run experiments. Design, launch, and measure growth experiments weekly. Double down on what works, kill what doesn't, move on.
  • Own content & SEO. Turn content into a compounding growth channel β€” blog, LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership β€” all engineered for search and conversion.
  • Track the market and competition. Run continuous competitor analysis β€” positioning, pricing, messaging, content, paid plays, share of voice and product moves. Translate insights into sharper messaging, better campaigns and proactive plays that win deals.
  • Measure everything. Set up the reporting, dashboards, and attribution to know exactly what's driving pipeline β€” and act on it fast.
  • Partner with sales. Work closely with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline generation β€” and make sure every MQL converts.
  • Shape the brand. Define how we look, sound, and feel β€” because in B2B, brand is the quietest but most powerful growth lever.
  • Build the team. Start hands-on, then hire and grow a marketing team as pipeline scales.

Requirements

  • 🎯 What We're Looking For
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
    • Proven growth track record β€” you've turned marketing budgets into real, measurable pipeline.
    • Fluent with AI tools and automations β€” actively use AI in your day-to-day for content, research, ops, analytics and campaign workflows and you build automations to compound your output instead of just adding headcount.
    • Deep fluency across paid (Google, LinkedIn), SEO, content, email, lifecycle, events, webinars, web and outbound.
    • Data-driven to the core β€” comfortable with analytics, attribution, and making every decision from data.
    • Experiment mindset β€” you test, measure, learn, and move fast.
    • Strong brand and content instincts β€” you know great copy and positioning when you see it.
    • Hands-on operator who can execute today and build a team tomorrow.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
    • Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries is a plus.
