Does building the email, in-app and automated journeys that take someone from first login to long-term value get you up in the morning? We are looking for a Growth Marketer who owns the full customer lifecycle to help Vendasta's partners and customers activate, expand and stay.

About the Job

Getting a customer is only the start. This role owns what happens next: onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell and retention. You'll design and run cross-channel lifecycle programs that send the right message at the right time, built on customer data, behavioral triggers and automation. You'll use AI to personalize at scale and test faster, and you'll measure your work by activation, conversion, churn and lifetime value.

Your Impact

As a Growth Marketer you'll work with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to:

• Own the lifecycle strategy for onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell and retention across customer segments.
• Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, push and webinars, built for each stage of the customer journey.
• Build and keep improving automated journeys in tools like HubSpot or Marketo, using customer data and behavioral triggers to personalize each touchpoint.
• Find the gaps in existing lifecycle flows and launch new programs that lift engagement and retention.
• Run A/B tests on copy, creative, cadence and channel mix, and report on engagement, conversion, churn and lifetime value with RevOps.
• Use AI to write and refine messaging, segment audiences and automate reporting, and share what works with the rest of the Demand Gen team.

What You Bring to the Table

• You have at least 5 years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• You know segmentation, behavioral targeting and trigger-based automation well, and you've built journeys in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce.
• You make decisions from campaign data, you write clear, customer-first copy, and you can run several campaigns at once without dropping one.
• You already use AI tools in your day-to-day work to generate and test content, build segments or predict churn.
• You're ready to bring those workflows to a team. It's an asset if you know SaaS metrics and customer health signals such as activation rate and churn, and a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is a plus.
