As a (Senior) Growth Manager (GTM & Sales), you will take full ownership of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts by combining sales execution, CRM ownership, and outbound campaigns in close collaboration with the founding team.

Aufgaben

Go-To-Market Operations

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads based on the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Own and manage the CRM, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Oversee sales efforts across new and existing customers to ensure a structured and scalable GTM approach.

Sales Execution

  • Shadow founders in early sales calls and quickly transition into leading your own demos and negotiations.
  • Run product demos that clearly communicate platform value and customer outcomes.
  • Close deals with new customers while driving expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute outbound outreach via the most effective channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, phone, and email.

Growth Marketing & Outreach

  • Ideate, test, and execute outbound and growth campaigns to drive inbound and outbound demand.
  • Select the right channels, define messaging, and draft high-performing outreach copy.
  • Continuously optimize outreach efforts based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifikation

Required Job Experiences/Background

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within an agency or in the social media, creator economy, digital marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close deals with first ticket sizes between 5-20k €.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Experience with GTM tools (i.e. Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, CRMs, LinkedIN Sales Navigator etc.)
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Interest in tech-enabled platforms, media, or creator-driven business models is a strong plus.
