We are seeking a motivated Growth Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market expansion efforts in Malaysia. This role will focus on developing and executing our e-commerce strategy through platforms like Lazada, managing paid media, and driving performance marketing initiatives to achieve our revenue growth goals.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive D2C growth strategies for the Malaysian market on Lazada.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Communicate strategies and reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce growth or digital marketing, preferably in the D2C space.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and SEO.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Familiarity with Lazada or other e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia is a plus.
