YOUR MISSION

• (Co-)Lead strong relationships with existing clients across the DACH region – from high-growth startups to global giants
• Ensure excellent service delivery by collaborating closely with engagement and recruitment managers
• Identify client needs for professionals who drive innovation and change and translate them into tailored high-impact service proposals
• Scale our presence by identifying new business opportunities preferably in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Energy, Mobility or Technology
• Work with marketing to craft demand-generating campaigns and expand strategic partnerships

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• First successes or - even better – a proven track record in business development with consulting and staffing solutions – ideally in IT and engineering
• Entrepreneurial DNA combined with a solid network and understanding of key challenges in one or more industry clusters in the DACH region
• Effective hands-on collaboration approach engaging stakeholders on different hierarchical levels and ensuring client satisfaction based on service excellence
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
