They are looking for their next Growth Manager to join Cabify Logistics Colombia

Role Mission

At Cabify Logistics, they are building the most reliable and efficient urban delivery platform in LATAM.

As Growth Manager, you will serve as the bridge between operational execution and commercial scalability, leading the planning, coordination, and strategic initiatives required to grow the business while ensuring healthy unit economics and effective monetization.

This role will play a key part in defining new business models and their go-to-market strategies, while leading pricing optimization, performance tracking, customer targeting, and supply-demand alignment.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to transform ideas into sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth, Monetization & Strategic Enablement

  • Design scalable acquisition channels for drivers and users.

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new business models and verticals.

  • Align growth initiatives with profitability and monetization objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination for launches, pricing strategies, and investment planning.

  • Drive strategic partnerships and customer integrations.

  • Build continuous improvement processes, KPI governance frameworks, and ownership models across teams.

  • Implement validation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven experimentation.

  • Establish long-term business enablers through integrated planning and collaboration with leadership teams.

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Design and maintain operational data models and reporting pipelines.

  • Analyze marketplace demand patterns and user behavior to optimize engagement.

  • Monitor competitors and generate actionable insights.

  • Define customer and driver personas while refining segmentation strategies.

  • Develop executive reports that support strategic decision-making.

Operational Execution & Enablement

  • Manage pricing configurations, product settings, and operational variables within the platform.

  • Support the implementation and adoption of the Logistics App across different business units.

  • Maintain dashboards, service reporting, and billing reconciliation processes.

  • Coordinate cost provisions, discounts, loyalty initiatives, and legal communications with drivers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Operations, or Business Analytics roles, ideally within technology, logistics, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.

  • Proven experience leading teams and developing talent across multiple geographies.

  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar.

  • Ability to connect strategic vision with operational execution.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.

  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
