We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 7 years of hands-on paid media experience. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. The ideal candidate blends deep technical platform expertise with strong business acumen to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Media Planning: Develop and execute robust, full-funnel paid media strategies to drive lead generation, product sales, and brand growth.
Platform Ownership: Strategically plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
Budget Management: Manage, forecast, and optimally allocate monthly/quarterly ad budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
2. Experimentation & Optimization
Creative Strategy: Partner with the content and design teams to ideate high-converting ad copies, landing page designs, and video concepts.
A/B Testing: Lead continuous A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
Bidding & Audiences: Implement advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting (including custom/lookalike audiences), and keyword strategies.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data daily to uncover insights and optimize campaigns for scale.
Attribution: Own tracking, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the entire customer journey.
Dashboards: Build and maintain performance dashboards (using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Google Analytics 4) to report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and pipeline metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with business goals and the latest product features.
Communicate campaign performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in performance marketing/paid media.
Platform Expertise: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing.
Data Fluency: Deep understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager) and data visualization tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, a test-and-learn mindset, and strong communication skills to present data clearly to stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field (MBA or digital marketing certifications are highly preferred).
