Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple brands.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead data-driven experiments (A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to enhance conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns.
  • Operate innovation in customer engagement through loyalty programs, referral incentives, and creative marketing strategies.
  • Recognize and grow new revenue streams and strategic partnerships to fuel expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business strategy, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and growth hacking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
