POSITION SUMMARY

OneDigital is seeking a high-impact Growth Leader to drive new business growth across South Florida. This is a direct sales leadership role responsible for leading producers, recruiting top talent, building pipeline, improving conversion, and achieving market-level gross revenue goals.

This leader owns the sales strategy for their assigned market and is fully accountable for building a disciplined, high-performance sales culture.As asales leader, this roleis ideal for a high-performing individual contributor or emerging sales leader ready to step into formalpeopleleadership with direct accountability for market revenue performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and directly manage producers to achieve individual and market-level gross revenue goals.

  • Own market sales performance, including new business revenue, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Establish clear expectations, inspectpipelineand activity regularly, and hold producers accountable to performance standards.

  • Activelyparticipatein key prospect meetings and strategic opportunities to improve win rates.

  • Coach producers through all stages of the sales process — prospecting, deal strategy, and closing.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Recruit, assess, and hire high-performing producers, including leading business plan development and candidate due diligence.

  • Become a mentor to producers and nurture relationships to help each team member achieve their individual goals.

  • Participate in continued learning and training for the industry and role.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies in partnership with market leadership.

  • Partner with Marketing to drive campaigns, events, and referral strategies that generate qualifiedpipeline

  • Build andleveragerelationships with carriers, centers of influence, and referral partners to generate new business.

  • Use data and market insights toidentifygaps, improve conversion, and refine sales strategy.

Operations & Reporting

  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting visibility.

  • Manage sales pipeline and sales activitiesvia companyCRM (D365).

  • Ensureaccuratereporting on lead generation and sales efforts, including pipeline status metrics.

  • Work with senior management to set and review sales and activity goals on a regularcadence

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.

  • Direct experience managing or mentoring producers with accountability for gross revenue performance.

  • Proventrack recordof achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales talent.

  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with professionalism and discretion.

  • Ability to clearly articulate OneDigital's vision, strategy, and value proposition.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Models and exemplifies the OneDigital Way.

Preferred

  • Experience in employee benefits, P&C insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries such as HCM, payroll, or technology.

  • Background in a high-growth, performance-driven sales environment as a direct sales leader.

  • Applicable professional designations (RHU, REBC, etc.).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor'sdegreerequired

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experiencerequired; experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or a related field strongly preferred.

  • An active Florida Life & Health License (or ability to obtain upon hire)required

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and CRM toolsrequired

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
