We're not a performance-marketing company — we're the opposite end of the spectrum. We've grown to 12M+ downloads, 500M+ photos shared, and a 4.8 App Store rating (12K+ ratings) almost entirely through organic and UGC-driven growth, with retention, engagement, and time-spent that beat category benchmarks. Now we're introducing premium monetization (think Snapchat+, Telegram Premium, Discord Nitro) and scaling toward our next milestones: 10M MAU, then 50M MAU.
We're looking for a Growth Lead to build the future of private social communication — someone exceptionally smart, with real growth muscle, who thinks in systems and isn't afraid to find the non-obvious answer.
About you:
Must-have skills:
- 5–9 years in growth, user acquisition, performance marketing, or product growth.
- You're a hands-on growth operator, not a deck reader.
- You've built or scaled consumer mobile, social, or mobile-game products.
- Strong in paid media, UGC, creator programs, virality, experimentation, and analytics.
- You've operated in environments with multi-million / $100M+/year marketing budgets — you understand what that scale actually looks like.
- Comfortable operating at game-dev speed: fast testing, aggressive iteration, building systems from first principles.
- AI-native mindset: you solve problems by opening Claude and building the tool, not by scheduling 50 meetings.
- Exceptional systems thinking plus the ability to find non-standard solutions live, in the moment — not just apply a known playbook.
- English at a strong professional level.
Nice-to-have:
- Background from Tier-1 game development or high-velocity consumer mobile (e.g. King, Roblox, Epic Games).
- Experience with products that reached massive scale, built strong creator/UGC loops, or grew to $100M+ revenue / 100M+ users in the past 5 years.
What you will do:
- Build 2–3 stable, predictably scaling growth channels with unit-economics-like predictability.
- Own and scale our fundamental growth channels: UGC production (including our own content series), creator/ambassador engines, fandom and community marketing, campus ambassador programs, and multi-channel performance buying.
- Design and run a system that tests thousands of creatives per week — hypotheses, automation, analytics, the full machine.
- Build AI-native identity and workflows into the entire growth team.
- Drive aggressive, compounding growth (think 10x), boosting our organic engine through paid and tactical channels.
