As Growth Lead, you’ll be a core driver of Enzo’s growth execution across product, service, and partner expansion. Your mission is to turn pilot projects with insurers into outstanding, ROI-proven success stories that naturally scale into systematic roll-outs - while running hands-on growth experiments to validate additional scalable growth levers.

You will work side-by-side with the founding team and report directly to the CEO. Together, you’ll translate Enzo’s strategy into a focused growth roadmap, make decisions fast, and execute pragmatically. This role is a high-ownership opportunity at an early stage - ideal for someone who wants to grow personally and professionally with a fast-scaling company.

Enzo is still early-stage (20 people). That means high pace, close collaboration, and real responsibility from day one You’ll lead growth by doing first - and as we scale, you’ll help evolve playbooks, metrics, and processes that make growth repeatable.

Aufgaben

Partner Growth & Pilot-to-Rollout Execution

  • Drive the growth path for existing insurance partners from pilots to systematic roll-outs.
  • Align pilot success metrics with partners and internal teams (ROI, adoption, claims impact, service quality).
  • Build and continuously improve scalable pilot and rollout playbooks.

Product & Service Experience for Growth

  • Own growth initiatives along the partner journey (installation → activation → ongoing usage → ROI proof).
  • Identify friction points in product/service funnels and implement improvements with measurable impact.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Ops, and Data to ship growth-relevant changes.

Growth Experiments & New Channels

  • Run structured growth experiments to validate new scalable growth channels beyond current ICPs.
  • Set up hypothesis-driven tests, track results, and turn learnings into repeatable processes.
  • Build evidence for what scales and what doesn’t and help operationalize what works.

Growth Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish lean but reliable growth tracking and dashboards.
  • Measure pilot performance and growth drivers, highlight insights, and recommend actions.
  • Use data to prioritize initiatives and communicate progress to founders and teams.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Hands-On Leadership

  • Lead initiatives end-to-end in close collaboration with the founding team - from discovery to launch to measurement.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure clarity on goals, and keep execution moving.
  • Contribute to shaping future growth structures and, over time, help ramp additional capacity.

Qualifikation

Hands-On Growth Builder

  • You’ve driven growth initiatives in B2B/B2C tech or early-stage environments, ideally across product- and partner-led levers.
  • You’re execution-first, but think in systems.

Experimentation Track Record

  • You’ve run real experiments end-to-end (not only planning), and can point to tangible learnings/results.
    You’re comfortable operating with uncertainty and moving fast.

Product- & Data-Driven

  • You know how to improve activation, retention, and expansion via product and service experience.
  • You’re strong in analytics, KPI design, and pragmatic instrumentation.

Partner & Value Mindset

  • You can work confidently with enterprise partners and multiple stakeholders.
  • You think in ROI, value realization, and measurable outcomes.
