The Role

You’ll be the Growth Lead for Core Photos - the marketing owner of our flagship product.

This is a proven, scaled business. The opportunity isn’t to find product-market fit. It’s to look at a $150M+ product and ask: where does the next meaningful wave of growth come from?

A new channel. A creative breakthrough. A new audience. A smarter offer. A better way to tell the story. Or something we haven’t thought of yet.

You’ll set the growth strategy, decide where to place the bets, and turn them into reality.

You’ll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering - bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted.

This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder: someone who doesn’t just execute growth plans, but designs them.

What You’ll Do

• Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos
• Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities
• Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale
• Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact
• Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people
• Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience
• Use data to understand what’s working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins
• Continuously experiment - new channels, new angles, new mechanics

• Growth judgment. You know how to find opportunities, prioritize them, and turn them into real business impact.
• Marketing depth. You understand performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics, not just one layer of it.
• Creative instinct. You know that great growth often starts with a great idea, not a dashboard.
• Business thinking. You optimize for revenue and profitable growth, not vanity metrics.
• Analytical sharpness. You use data to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions.
• Ownership. You move from strategy to execution without waiting for someone else to connect the dots.
• Speed. You test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly.
