Job Description

Are you equally as driven by connecting with people as you’re with hitting growth targets? Do you get a rush from owning numbers and building sales processes as you go? Then the role of Growth Lead could be it! We’re looking for you who wants to help fill Norrsken House Amsterdam with the city’s most ambitious impact founders, and with the companies that want to gather in our space.

About Norrsken House Amsterdam

In September 2026, we opened the doors to Norrsken House Amsterdam. It’s already home to 300+ change-makers who come here every day to work on solutions for a better future. But we’re not slowing down, we’re set to turn this home into a world-class co-working, club and events space that connects the entrepreneurs, investors, and partners who are set to build a future where civilization thrives within planetary boundaries.

About the role

As the Growth Lead, you will be the driving force behind turning our space into a vibrant hub. You’ll own the full acquisition funnel across co-working memberships, club memberships and event sales. This role gives you a ton of ownership and autonomy to impact how Norrsken House Amsterdam grows - from converting inbound leads to signed contracts to testing innovative outreach strategies and identifying the key players seeking work or event venues.

You will also influence and establish how our growth and acquisition mechanism looks by owning our sales CRM, defining targets and pinpointing key moments to optimise the funnel. You set the outreach strategy, run the pipeline, and own the monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

You’ll join our close-knit and energetic team and collaborate closely with our Community Lead, who takes new members from signed contracts to settle in, as well as our Events, Programming and Marketing team.

This role reports to the Managing Director and is based out of Norrsken House Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Run and optimize the memberships funnel: You’ll own the full acquisition funnel for co-working and club memberships. You’ll assess both inbound and outbound leads on our criterias to identify the startups, founders and investors who belong in our community.
  • Event sales: Find and bring in companies, organisations and groups to book our boardrooms, club, canteen and auditorium for board meetings, offsites, conferences and more.
  • Be a great first point of contact for Norrsken: You’ll be one of the first people potential members and guests meet with. You’ll pitch why our community exists and what makes Norrsken different. This may look like 1:1s, giving tours of our spaces, or other innovative ways to engage with potential leads. You’ll represent our mission and values confidently and ensure a great first impression for people looking to be part of our movement.
  • Own the numbers: You’ll live in the funnel data (tours booked, applications, conversion rates, churn etc) and use the data to decide what to try next. You’ll own monthly and quarterly sales revenues across memberships and events.
  • Build our sales engine: You’ll be the master of our sales CRM (Attio) and own the set-up and structuring of pipelines, dashboards and automations to create a smooth process.

Who you are

  • Energized by closing deals and representing Norrsken: Outreach gives you energy. You’ll happily pick up the phone or walk up to someone at an event, and owning the growth targets and outcomes makes you feel proud and motivated.
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to engage others: You feel comfortable engaging with different stakeholders ranging from top-founders to seasoned investors to a company looking for a space to host their event.
  • Structured and data-driven: You keep your pipeline organized and use data to understand where you should focus your efforts.
  • Believes in progress over perfection: You see gaps and fix them without waiting to be asked. Building something from scratch excites you and you test and try along the way instead of looking for the perfect solution.
  • Inspired by Norrsken mission and being part of a tight-knit team: You want to put your sales skills behind the people working on the world’s biggest problems and you enjoy being part of a small team where we all roll up our sleeves.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales, business development or similar by owning acquisition pipelines and revenue targets. Value add if you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment where requests and things move quickly such as tech hubs, co-working spaces, cultural venues, or high-end hospitality.
  • Have hands-on experience managing a sales or application process in a tool like Airtable, Attio or similar. The exact tool is not so important, but we’re ideally looking for someone who has worked with a CRM before.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch is a strong plus.
