Principales responsabilidades
Atención y seguimiento a leads asignados por parte del equipo de Inside Sales.
Búsqueda, identificación y prospección de nuevos clientes potenciales, así como lograr el entendimiento de sus necesidades para ofrecer soluciones.
Elaborar un plan presencial de visitas semanal a nuevos clientes y cuentas recurrentes con el fin de promover la fidelización de estos y atraer nuevos negocios.
Presentar al Customer care a cargo de la cuenta con el cliente.
Completar la información de las oportunidades comerciales dentro de nuestro sistema Salesforce o equivalente.
Recuperación de cartera de clientes.
Participación en foros, ferias, cámaras etc. con el fin de promover la marca y atraer nuevos clientes.
