Growth Executive
to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Growth Executive
, you will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, and growing product adoption
Key Responsibilities
Drive user acquisition and client conversion through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Identify and pursue partnerships and channels for market expansion.
Understand customer pain points in
payroll
,
recruitment
, or
financial operations
, and position the right product solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and cold outreach methods.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
Analyze customer data to identify usage patterns, churn risk, and upsell opportunities.
2–4 years
of experience in a
growth
,
sales
, or
partnership
role—preferably in
HR Tech
(e.g., payroll, recruitment platforms) or
Fintech
.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in the tech, HR, or finance space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
