What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Utilize Figma to create compelling design prototypes that enhance user experience.
- Analyze user data through PostHog to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives using tools like Claude and HeyGen.
- Leverage Apollo.io and Exa for lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or tech industry.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and user experience projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as PostHog, Claude, and Apollo.io.
Preferred
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment, contributing to rapid growth.
- Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and their impact on user engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Compensation and Benefits
