Growth Engineer 增长工程师Beijing、HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Build growth engineering systems including data tracking, channel attribution and A/B testing to support overseas growth iteration;
2.Empower full-link growth workflows with AI 3D large models, and develop automated tools for creative production and ad operation;
3.Build growth data dashboards and automated reports for real-time data monitoring and strategic optimization;
4.Deliver customized technical solutions for ad delivery, KOL marketing and geo-growth businesses to improve operational efficiency;
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch AI growth applications, and standardize technical specifications for stable and compliant system operation.
1. 负责增长团队工程体系搭建，落地数据埋点、渠道归因、A/B测试及数据监控体系，支撑出海增长业务高效迭代；
2. 结合公司AI 3D大模型能力，研发自动化增长工具，赋能素材生产、广告投放、用户运营等全流程工作流；
3. 搭建增长数据看板与自动化报表，实现增长数据实时监控、问题快速复盘与策略优化；
4. 对接投放、KOL、地域增长等业务，提供定制化技术方案，提升整体增长运营效率；
5. 协同跨团队落地AI增长应用，沉淀标准化技术规范，保障系统稳定合规运行。Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors, with 2+ years of backend/full-stack development experience; growth or data engineering experience preferred;
2.Proficient in Python/Java/Golang, familiar with data tracking, attribution systems and common data components;
3.Familiar with user growth models and overseas business logic; understanding of ad delivery and localized operation is preferred;
4.Experienced in LLM API integration and AIGC tool implementation; growth automation tool development experience is a plus;
5.Possess strong system design and cross-team collaboration capabilities, result-oriented with excellent execution;
6.Basic English reading and writing skills to meet overseas business development needs.
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上后端/全栈开发经验，有增长工程、数据工程经验优先；
2. 熟练掌握Python/Java/Golang任意一种开发语言，熟悉数据埋点、归因体系及常用数据组件；
3. 了解用户增长模型与出海增长业务逻辑，熟悉广告投放、本地化运营流程优先；
4. 具备大模型API对接及AIGC工具落地经验，有增长自动化工具开发经验者加分；
5. 具备良好的系统设计能力与跨团队协作能力，执行力强、结果导向；
6. 具备基础英文读写能力，可适配出海业务开发需求。 Apply
