We are looking for a people-oriented professional to step into the role of Growth Enablement Manager in Maersk Management Consulting (MMC) and Maersk Growth. This role is tailored for an individual who can serve as a trusted sparring partner to our leadership team, facilitating personal and professional growth within our organization. Working closely with Juliane Kuhn, Head of Maersk Management Consulting, and the respective leadership teams across MMC and Maersk Growth, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone who can lead with empathy, influence positive change, deliver effective internal communication and serve as a guiding force for our team culture.
You will be based in the head office of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Who are you?
This position calls for a person with a great overview and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building collaborative relationships. To excel in this role, establishing and maintaining a wide-ranging network within A.P. Moller-Maersk is key.
Prior experience within Human Resources, Business Partnering, Change Management or Internal Communication is advantageous. Proficiency in PowerPoint is important for this role to craft compelling presentations and visual materials to communicate initiatives effectively.
