Job Description

A telehealth & telemedicine company, challenging inefficient traditional practices, introducing convenience to consumers by helping them to get what they need to their home is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Director to drive the company's ambitious expansion plans.

The team uses state-of-the-art technologies to build platforms that serve hundreds of thousands of customers across Europe, improving consumers' wellbeing.

We're looking for a data-driven, creative Growth Marketing Director to lead the company's digital marketing initiatives and scale its D2C operations. You'll manage a substantial marketing budget while developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize a $10M+ annual marketing budget across multiple digital channels

• Drive end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution

• Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic

• Develop and optimize the full-funnel marketing strategy

• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new growth channels

• Build and analyze complex data sets to inform marketing decisions

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including 2+ years in a management role

• Proven track record in D2C, gaming, or e-commerce industries

• Expert in performance marketing and customer acquisition

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

• Demonstrated success managing large marketing budgets ($5M+)

• Experience with marketing and BI analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)

• Strong project management and team leadership abilities

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in paid social and native platforms

• Expert in SEM and in Google Analytics

• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

• Proficient in data visualization tools

• Understanding of SQL and marketing automation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in the gaming industry or other high-growth D2C companies

• Track record of scaling marketing operations from $1M to $10M+

• History of building and leading high-performing marketing teams

• Strong creative intuition backed by analytical skills

• Experience with retention marketing and customer lifecycle management
