We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Digital Performance Manager to own digital pipeline growth, paid media performance, and website conversion optimisation across HICX’s marketing function.
This role combines performance marketing, digital campaign execution, and conversion optimisation to help drive measurable pipeline outcomes. You’ll work closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to improve how prospects engage with HICX and convert into qualified demos and opportunities.
This is a highly execution-oriented role within a lean marketing team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas, analysing performance, and continuously optimising digital results.
