The One 23 Group, a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a Proposal & Capture Execution Manager, local to the Washington, DC area.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Coordinator supports the execution of federal proposal efforts from pre-RFP planning through final submission across DHS, DOJ, DoW, and civilian agencies. This role focuses on supporting proposal execution, compliance tracking, content coordination, and production activities.

The position works closely with proposal managers, capture leads, and technical teams to help ensure proposals are compliant, well-organized, and delivered on schedule. The role will also assist in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve proposal efficiency, compliance tracking, and content quality.

Requirements

Proposal Execution Support

Support proposal efforts from kickoff through submission across federal opportunities.

• Assist with proposal schedules, milestones, and coordination activities
  
• Track action items and ensure contributors meet deadlines
  
• Help coordinate inputs across technical, management, staffing, and past performance volumes
  
• Support execution of single-award and IDIQ task order proposals
  

AI-Assisted Proposal Support

Assist in applying AI-enabled tools to improve proposal efficiency.

• Support use of AI tools for RFP analysis, compliance checks, and draft content generation
  
• Help maintain proposal templates and knowledge libraries
  
• Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy and compliance
  

Compliance & Proposal Organization

Help maintain proposal structure and compliance with solicitation requirements.

• Assist in developing compliance matrices and proposal outlines
  
• Track Section L and M requirements to ensure proposal alignment
  
• Support preparation for proposal color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold)
  

Content Coordination & Editing

Support proposal content development and document integration.

• Coordinate contributor inputs and version control
  
• Perform light editing for consistency, formatting, and clarity
  
• Assist with maintaining templates and proposal standards
  

Production & Submission Support

Assist with final proposal preparation and submission.

• Help prepare proposal files for production and submission
  
• Conduct formatting and compliance checks prior to submission
  
• Support electronic submission through government portals
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting federal proposals
  
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and FAR-based solicitations
  
• Experience reviewing Section L & M instructions and evaluation criteria
  
• Experience supporting proposals for DoW, DHS, DOJ, or other federal agencies
  
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
