The Mission

You own the full loop between how Oleria gets found and how Oleria gets trusted. You build the organic discovery engine—SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization for AI assistants), and content performance—and you build the community presence that amplifies it: social channels, influencer relationships, the Rising Stars in Security program, and practitioner engagement on LinkedIn and Reddit.

These aren’t separate jobs. The community content you create generates backlinks and social signals that feed organic rankings. The SEO insights you surface tell you what practitioners are searching for, which shapes what you post and who you partner with. The influencer relationships you build create topical authority that AI answer engines recognize. It’s one growth loop, and you own the whole thing.

You are also the local team corodinator for the Bangalore marketing hub—coordinating daily priorities across three roles and ensuring alignment with the Sr. Growth Marketing Lead’s weekly objectives.

This is a compounding investment role. You join at a rebuilding moment. We're standing up an AI-native marketing function from scratch. You'll build the organic and community engine alongside a new team, with full creative latitude to define what Oleria's community presence looks like. The target: make organic and community channels a meaningful source of qualified engagement within few months, scaling toward 15–20% of marketing-sourced qualified leads.

What You Ship

  • AI-generated content workflows: use AI to draft, optimize, and scale content production — blog posts, social threads, schema markup, and community responses — at a velocity that a single person couldn't achieve without AI leverage

  • AEO monitoring: track how Oleria appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and AI Overviews — and actively optimize for improved representation in AI-generated answers

  • Technical SEO architecture: site structure, schema markup, page speed, crawl optimization

  • Keyword and AEO strategy mapped to every stage of the identity security buyer journey—optimizing for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews

  • Content optimization across existing and new pages for search and AI discoverability

  • LinkedIn and Reddit strategy and daily execution for Oleria’s brand and team presence

  • Rising Stars in Security program: identify, recruit, and support emerging security leaders

  • Influencer partnerships with security practitioners, analysts, and community leaders

  • Employee advocacy program: enable Oleria’s team to share their expertise authentically

  • Social content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events

  • Analytics dashboards tracking organic traffic, social engagement, community growth, and pipeline contribution

  • Daily coordination of the Bangalore marketing hub in alignment with the objectives and strategic direction

What We Look For

  • 4–7 years spanning SEO/content marketing and social/community building in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. What matters more than years is evidence that you've built something from zero — not optimized an existing engine.

  • You understand AEO and how AI-powered search is changing discoverability. You’ve already started optimizing for it—or you’ve been thinking hard about how to

  • Hands-on with SEMrush (or Ahrefs), Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social analytics tools. You operate these yourself; you don’t delegate to an agency

  • Strong writing skills for both long-form content optimization and social: you can write a technically credible blog post and a scroll-stopping LinkedIn post in the same afternoon

  • Experience building community programs or audience-building initiatives from scratch—not just managing established ones

  • You see the loop: community engagement drives backlinks and social signals that improve rankings, and SEO insights reveal what practitioners care about, which shapes community content. You’ve operated this way even if you haven’t described it this way

  • You can coordinate a small team: set daily priorities, ensure alignment, unblock people. This isn’t a management role—it’s a player-coach role

  • You are AI-native. You use Claude, GPT, and AI writing tools as your daily production stack — not supplements. You can generate a keyword-clustered content plan, draft 5 optimized blog outlines, and produce a week of social content in a single afternoon using AI workflows. Show us how.

  • You’re a genuine community participant, not just a broadcaster. You engage in conversations, build relationships, and earn trust

  • You move at startup speed. You don't wait for editorial calendars to be approved or brand guidelines to be finalized. You ship content this week, measure next week, and iterate the week after.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B content and community

  • Experience with AI-powered SEO tools (Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Frase) for content optimization at scale

  • Familiarity with Clay for community prospect identification and influencer research

  • Personal network or following in the security or identity community

  • Experience with programmatic SEO or content-at-scale approaches

  • Video content creation skills (short-form for LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Experience with employee advocacy platforms

  • Understanding of the CISO buyer persona and identity security landscape
