That's why we're looking for a Growth & Community Lead

This is not a traditional marketing role

We're not looking for someone to manage social media calendars or coordinate agencies.

• We're looking for someone who can help us build the growth engine behind Furhat.
• Someone who understands how ideas spread.
• Someone who understands communities.
• Someone who gets excited about turning customers into advocates, advocates into ambassadors, and ambassadors into future customers.

Our customers don't typically buy after seeing one advertisement.

They discover Furhat through conferences, research papers, colleagues, videos, workshops, and community discussions.

Sometimes over months. Sometimes over years.

Your mission will be simple:

Help more of the right people discover Furhat, engage with our community, and eventually become customers.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with the leadership team and lead our marketing efforts.

You'll have two talented marketers on the team already and will help shape priorities, improve execution, and raise the overall level of our marketing operation.

Some of the things you'll work on include:

• Growing and activating the Furhat community
• Increasing inbound demand and awareness
• Creating customer advocacy programs
• Building relationships with researchers and innovation leaders
• Showcasing customer success stories
• Running webinars, workshops, and community initiatives
• Supporting conference and event strategy
• Improving our marketing funnel and systems
• Measuring what works and doubling down on it
• Working closely with sales, product, and leadership

What we're looking for

We're less interested in titles and more interested in what you've actually built.

You might have experience in:

• Startups
• Deep-tech companies
• Developer tools
• Research platforms
• Scientific communities
• Open-source ecosystems
• Technical products with passionate user bases

You probably enjoy both strategy and execution.

You can zoom out and think about long-term growth.

But you're equally happy jumping into HubSpot, running a webinar, interviewing a customer, writing copy, or analyzing funnel performance.

You're curious.

You experiment.

You measure results.

You care about impact more than activity.
