We are looking for a Growth & Communication Specialist (Mid level) with a clear mandate: drive B2C growth in the Italian market for credit card and other financial products This is a hands-on execution role where you will run campaigns yourself, own performance, and continuously optimize based on data.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for the Italian market
Manage external partners such as ads comparison sites and affiliate networks
Work hands-on with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads
Monitor and improve core performance metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS
Analyze the full funnel and identify conversion drop-offs
Run basic A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging
Manage and own website content and review analytics to improve performance
Translate data into clear insights and concrete optimization actions
Own campaign performance and reporting end-to-end for Italy
2–4 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience managing campaigns directly (not only supporting)
Strong understanding of B2C performance marketing and funnel logic
Comfort working daily with dashboards, metrics, and numbers
Ability to clearly explain results, learnings, and trade-offs
Strong understanding of banking consumers and digital behavior
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Italian is a nice to have
