SHIFT TYPE: Full Time
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000/ yearly

The Growth & Client marketing specialist reports to the Director of Marketing and supports BEST’s growth strategy by identifying opportunities within existing clients, additional services, new verticals, and strategic partnerships. This role works closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to provide market insights, client intelligence, and execution support that enable sustainable, long-term growth. This position supports proposal and sales efforts through research, insights, and coordination, but does not own proposal writing or sales execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growth Strategy and Sales Alignment

  • Support growth initiatives aligned with GTM and revenue priorities
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development on growth planning and insights
  • Manage HubSpot data related to growth initiatives and pipeline insights
  • Support NPS, client surveys, and voice of customer programs

Sales Enablement and Revenue Support

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities within existing clients
  • Identify new verticals and additional services based on client needs and market trends
  • Support demand generation and ABM programs through targeting, insights, and opportunity identification
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and additional service partners that enable service expansion
  • Support client engagement initiatives such as customer panels, advocacy programs, and strategic presentations

Market Insights and Growth Opportunities

  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Business Development, and leadership
  • Lead and organize customer panels and structured client feedback sessions

Partnerships and Innovation

  • Identify and support strategic partnerships that enable revenue growth and service differentiation
  • Manage key partner relationships, including Bunzl and other strategic suppliers
  • Support Indigenous relationships and partnership initiatives aligned with BEST’s values and growth strategy

Client and Site Manager Engagement Programs

  • Support site manager training and engagement focused on client experience, service value, and innovation
  • Enable site managers to participate in referrals, testimonials, and client success storytelling
  • Support event participation, sponsorship identification, and growth-focused industry engagement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or client-focused roles
  • Experience within the service industry is required, preferably in B2B or multi-site service environments
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
