Mission
As Client & Growth Director, you will serve as the senior strategic lead across key client accounts, building trusted partnerships while driving sustainable account growth. Acting as the bridge between Nordics clients and global agency teams, you will ensure projects are strategically planned, commercially sound and seamlessly delivered across markets.
You will combine client leadership, commercial oversight and strategic thinking to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes while strengthening long-term agency partnerships. This role is central to maintaining momentum, clarity and excellence across integrated social, digital and influencer campaigns.
Job Functions
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Act as the senior day-to-day strategic lead for key client accounts.
Build strong, credible and trusted client relationships across Nordics and international stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic reviews with confidence and clarity.
Manage client expectations proactively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership.
Provide calm, solutions-oriented leadership during challenging situations or escalations.
Growth & Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded services, new channels, integrated campaigns and international expansion.
Partner with clients to uncover business challenges and recommend innovative marketing solutions.
Support pitches, proposals and strategic recommendations that contribute to agency growth.
Drive organic account growth through strong relationship management and strategic consultancy.
Strategic Campaign Leadership
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across organic social, paid media and influencer marketing.
Ensure campaign strategies align with client objectives, audience insights and commercial goals.
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
Maintain oversight of timelines, deliverables, risks and quality standards across multiple projects and markets.
Commercial & Operational Management
Own account profitability, resourcing and budget management across your portfolio.
Ensure projects are scoped accurately and delivered efficiently within agreed budgets.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
Maintain strong commercial discipline while balancing client needs and agency objectives.
Performance & Insight
Review campaign performance data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations and actionable next steps for clients.
Ensure reporting demonstrates measurable impact and business value.
Global Collaboration & Team Leadership
Act as the key liaison between clients and international agency teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Collaborate across global teams to improve processes, workflows and consistency of delivery.
Lead, mentor and support Senior Account Managers and wider account teams.
Foster accountability, professional development and high performance within the team.
Skills Requirements
Proven experience on similar senior client services role within a social, digital or integrated agency environment.
Strong expertise across social media marketing, including organic social, paid media and influencer campaigns.
Demonstrated success managing senior UK client relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent presentation, communication and pitch leadership skills.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, scopes and profitability.
Highly organized with exceptional project management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work confidently under pressure while maintaining a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading and mentoring account management teams.
Experience working with distributed or international teams across multiple markets.
Understanding of integrated campaign planning and cross-channel marketing strategies.
Experience contributing to new business, growth planning or account expansion initiatives.
Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian native languages + english full working proficiency
