Reporting into theBusiness Manager, theStrategic ChannelsPM is the focal point of cross-functional coordinationdriving an array of projectsfor ourpartnersinc. innovation launches, ESG initiatives and artwork refreshes.This role requires someone with strong project management skills,demonstratedexperience in process design, the ability to be collaborative and capable of initiating action, and the ability to effectively influence across senior levelsof the business

Key responsibilities

  • This roleis responsible forthe delivery of theprojects that drive thecommercial plan forCostco,Aldiandmajor retailersPrivate Label business

  • Manage and own the internal process for executing NPD projects for Costco and ALDI in Australia.

  • Mobilize and liaise the business around key PL tenders

  • Manage the annualmarketing budgetforexecuting private label projects

  • DevelopStrategic Channelsprojects by connecting customer needs and our capability & capacity

  • Understanding customer expectations and deadlines by partnering with the NAMs, ensuring the business is delivering on time and to requirements, and managing the NPD process end to end.

  • Manage innovationand artworkprojects through all stages,demonstratingleadership and partnership across the project stakeholders

  • Manage projects from Opportunities Assessment (validating opportunity, developing business cases, facilitating early approvals); Initiation (scope, major deliverables, cost estimates, timelines); Planning and Design (creating project team structure, managing project team, leading business requirements); Execution (leading implementation of project, budget management); to Close (documenting lessons learned, measuring outcomes against baseline)

  • Represent the team at PMR, working closely with other project managers and attending all necessary monthly meetingsin accordance withthe cycle to make sure all stakeholders are aligned.

  • Own project plans and manage project status and issues

  • Escalate issues ifrequiredwhen networks are not going as per plan

  • Manage project meetings with the key functional leaders in attendance

  • Keep track of strategic actions agreed within business

  • Provide full visibility to R&D, Sales, S&OP on project timingsand Strategic Channels pipeline.

  • Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.

  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributesto the company’s vision

What you'll bring
