Clarendon Private (“Clarendon”) is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to lead the firm’s organic growth and new client acquisition efforts.
This person will expand Clarendon’s reach among high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, while cultivating relationships with centers of influence and strategic partners. Serving as a senior ambassador for the firm, they will identify prospective clients, create meaningful opportunities for engagement, and partner with wealth advisors to convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.
The role combines growth strategy, relationship development, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings an established network, strong commercial instincts, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build a repeatable growth platform while preserving Clarendon’s personal, relationship-driven approach.
