About the Role

Rillet is looking for a Growth Associate to join our GTM team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is analytical, scrappy, and excited to learn how a high-growth company builds its go-to-market engine.

You’ll work directly with the Growth Team Lead and Head of Growth on high-impact projects across prospecting, lead scoring, data operations, market research, and automation. You’ll get meaningful ownership early and be expected to identify ways to make our GTM organization smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve prospecting workflows, including account and list building, enrichment, and ICP segmentation
• Analyze and improve our lead scoring model, including weekly reporting and recommendations
• Partner with the GTM team on outreach initiatives and sales enablement
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform GTM strategy
• Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve Growth and Sales workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve how we use data, tools, and processes across the GTM organization

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of relevant experience, including internships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data
• Experience with spreadsheets and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across teams
• Curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
• Excited to experiment with AI and automation to work more effectively
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Clay, Salesforce, or other GTM/sales tools
• Experience with SQL, Zapier, no-code tools, or other forms of automation
• Experience with prospecting, revenue operations, growth, or sales operations
• Interest in fintech, accounting technology, or B2B SaaS

The expected base salary range for this role is $85,000- $95,000 in San Francisco. Final compensation within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
