The Role

As an Intern for the Growth Operations and Analytics Team, you will join SEEK’s APAC Adjacent Revenue Development team, supporting initiatives to explore, validate and execute strategies that drive new sources of revenue for SEEK.

• Technical inclination A willingness to learn tools like SQL, Databricks, and Tableau (Previous experience with SQL is a bonus)

Articulation The ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards to monitor performance and track the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Find creative and often hacky solutions involving manual processes
• Collaborating with business owners and stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Communicating data, analyses, and insights to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• A keen interest in data analysis, strategy, or research-related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• A collaborative mindset to build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and peers.
• A solid foundation in statistical knowledge and its business applications.
• The ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced global environment and manage stakeholders across time zones.
• A passion for asking “why?” and delivering impactful insights.

Preferred technical skills:

Willingness to learn the basics (expertise not required) of the following tools:

• Business Intelligence languages and tools: SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, etc.
• Experimentations tools and methodologies A/B testing, statistical modelling, etc.
