The Team

You will join SEEK’s global Commercial Growth – Adjacent Revenue team, within the Pay-Per-Hire (SmartHire) business. The team operates across Australia and Malaysia and is focused on improving hiring outcomes by combining SEEK’s tools, processes and expertise with AI-enabled and automated technology.

The team is increasingly designed to act as a direct innovation partner to Product, using live hiring environments to test and refine how AI can improve speed to hire and placement outcomes. As such we have a flat and agile model, with small cross-functional teams, high ownership and fast learning cycles across both markets.

You will be part of a Growth function focused on the strategy, execution and learning agenda for a range of experiments implemented by operational teams across Sales and Operations.

  • Your team members; Growth Managers and Growth Operations
  • Your partners; Leaders and teams across Sales, Product and Recruitment Innovation across Australia and Malaysia

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Growth Analyst will help turn customer, operational and commercial questions into clear business decisions through strong data management, analysis and reporting. You will work across data, systems, workflows and stakeholders, combining structured analysis with practical judgement to improve hiring outcomes for hirers and candidates and to help SEEK identify scalable opportunities across the hiring funnel.

This is not purely a reporting role; you will play a proactive role in partnering with key functions, including Sales, Growth and Innovation, to create impact and drive the achievement of team objectives.

Job Description

  1. Build & maintain dashboards for leaders/teams for BAU operations and experiments
  • Produce clear, concise reporting, analysis and commentary for Growth, Product, Sales and Operations stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain clear data requirements and experiment proof points so performance and learning can be trusted.
  • Contribute to decisions about whether to scale, adapt, pause or stop an experiment based on evidence and customer outcomes.
  1. Strengthen workflows and measurement
  • Play a key role in the systems and workflows that support efficient experiment delivery, including CRM/ATS processes, automated workflows and agents, dashboards and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records across relevant systems, and identify gaps that could compromise data quality or decision-making.
  • Identify recurring friction points, root causes and opportunities to simplify or automate how work gets done.
  1. Support the development of demand strategies and enable operational execution
  • Support & develop targeting approaches using multiple data points to test different customer characteristics and profiles.
  • Support tests of outreach and contact strategies that help customer-facing teams work more efficiently and effectively
  • Recognise demand and contact strategy as a powerful engine room for the business, not merely a process document.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in growth, analytics, data, or revenue operations, with a desire to build those technical foundations into something more strategic.
  • A strong technical foundation is essential, including practical experience with SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience using data, dashboards or reporting to identify opportunities, solve problems and support decisions
  • Experience working with multiple systems workflows or operational tools (CRM or ATS), with the curiosity and capability to learn new AI-enabled and automated technology.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, product or technology stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Other advantageous but not essential experience could include experience in; HR tech or recruitment, start-ups, technology / marketplace businesses.
