<title>About the role</title>

As a Growth Analyst, You will be taking the ownership of our campaigns spending decision and contributing to the marketplace's success by meticulously analyzing the return on investment (ROI). With your expertise, we'll be able to accurately determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns.

You will be working closely with other team members of Growth domain, as well as Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operation teams. A Data Analyst will need to have good attention to detail and communication skills to succeed. Solid business sense and analytical mindset? You might be the campaign magician we’ve been waiting for.

This is a Tallinn-based role. We will only be able to sponsor relocation for candidates who are already residing within Europe

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

• <point>Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimising such decisions to help the country team reach their growth targets</point>
• <point>Wrangle complex data-sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision making</point>
• <point>Proactively working together with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive collaboration and get the most out of our investments</point>
• <point>Identify valuable opportunities in the team and contribute to global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics</point>
• <point>At least 3 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data, Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus</point>
• <point>Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing</point>
• <point>Amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus</point>
• <point>Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker</point>
• <point>Fluent in English</point><
