HiveWatch is building out a new sales motion and this role is at the center of it. As a Growth Account Executive, you’ll join an established sales organization of 20+ and help us expand into a high-velocity, trigger-based segment alongside our Enterprise AE team.
This is a full-cycle, net-new role. You’ll own your territory from first signal to closed deal: identifying and prioritizing accounts based on intent, running outbound prospecting, leading discovery and demos, and driving contracts to close. You won’t be handed a warm pipeline — you’ll build it, and you’ll be expected to do it with creativity, discipline, and the modern tools available to you.
The opportunity is real. HiveWatch is scaling fast, the product is proven, and the demand signal is there — it just needs someone with the hunger and resourcefulness to go find it.

Sales Motion Building
This role rewards people who outwork and outthink the competition. We care far more about drive, creativity, and coachability than the logos on your resume.
You’re joining an established team but building something new within it. You’ll need to create structure where it doesn’t exist, test what works, and iterate fast. If you need a fully built playbook handed to you, this isn’t the role.
Physical security has been done the same way for decades. You’re energized by the opportunity to convince buyers there’s a better way — even when they’re comfortable with legacy systems. You can articulate how AI will make their lives dramatically easier, and you don’t get rattled by skepticism.
No task is too big or too small when it comes to closing deals. You’ll jump on a last-minute demo, build a custom one-pager to break through a stuck deal, and still find time to fill your pipeline for next quarter.
The final offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
