We're hiring a Growth Account Executive to drive our outbound sales motion. This is a role for someone who wants to own a number from day one — building pipeline through sharp, personalized outreach while developing the skills to close deals end-to-end. Within your first few quarters, you'll ramp into full deal ownership with a clear path to a quota-carrying AE role.You'll be selling category-defining AI on a high-caliber GTM team, with direct exposure to experienced sellers and the upward mobility that comes from being early at a rocketship.What You'll Do
- Own outbound pipeline generation through personalized, strategic outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and prioritize target accounts across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Run structured discovery to qualify opportunities and establish clear fit before advancing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM leadership to iterate on messaging and outbound strategy
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and performance tracking
- Lead demos and take on increasing ownership of deal cycles over time
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales or business development, with a track record of hitting targets
- Strong outbound instincts — right accounts, compelling messaging, persistent without being generic
- Curious and coachable, especially when learning complex products and sales motions
- Strong communicator who can build rapport fast and hold executive-level conversations
- Competitive and goal-oriented with a genuine drive to grow into a top-performing AE
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or selling technical products
- Exposure to mid-market or enterprise customer segments
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.)
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $ 100,000 to $110,000 + aggressive variable comp plan with accelerators
