Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Growth Account Executive to join our client's team and contribute to their expansion in the South-East Asia (SEA) market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while positioning and demonstrating software to prospective clients. This role is a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presenting, and demonstrating our product to potential customers.
  • Close warm leads generated by marketing and sales development teams.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and present the value of our software to C-level executives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to source new leads and opportunities.
  • Generate interest and secure initial meetings with target accounts.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong references.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via video conferencing or during on-site visits.
  • Contribute to our South-East Asia market expansion efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in internet technology and e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience managing full sales cycles, ideally in a software or technology environment (SAAS).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Prior experience with marketing strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Ability to work well in a team while excelling in individual tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with strong customer references.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
