We’re hiring a Growth Account Director to drive expansion within our existing customer base. This is a farmer role focused on deepening relationships, increasing product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities across accounts.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and be responsible for net revenue retention (NRR), upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account strategy.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate based in the UK, Ireland, or Amsterdam The compensation range for this position is €103,700 or £89,730 per year (base salary) + commission, equity, and benefits.
