JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary

The Program Administrator serves as the primary coordinator for program implementation and works closely with community partners, schools, healthcare organizations, libraries, employers, faith communities, local governments, and regional stakeholders to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma, increase awareness of available resources, and strengthen pathways to behavioral health services and mental wellness supports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership and Implementation

· Provide overall leadership and coordination of the initiative.

· Oversee implementation of grant-funded activities, timelines, deliverables, and performance measures.

· Develop implementation plans and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.

· Facilitate region 7 Growing Mental Wellness Collaboration Meetings.

· Foster support and collaboration between counties that align with a unified regional approach.

Community Partnership Development

· Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.

· Represent Centerstone at community meetings and events.

Community Mental Health Ambassador Network

· Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of ambassadors.

· Coordinate ambassador activities and communications.

Platform Administration

· Support implementation and utilization of the CredibleMind platform.

· Review engagement and utilization data.

· Manage the local resources tab within the CredibleMind platform.

Stop the Stigma Marketing Campaign

· Coordinate with marketing resources to develop and implement a Brown County branded Stop the Stigma Campaign.

· Facilitate connection between regional county leadership and marketing resources.

· Ensure Stop the Stigma products are effectively integrated into the communities.

Data Collection and Performance Monitoring

· Monitor program outcomes and performance indicators.

· Prepare reports and support quality improvement activities.

Regional Collaboration

· Participate in regional coordination meetings.

· Support alignment with Region 7 partners.

Sustainability and Strategic Planning

· Lead sustainability planning and identify future funding opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Project management and data analysis skills.

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Skilled in strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

Three years of relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications

N/A

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree, grant management, behavioral health, or rural health experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Work is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs. This position is classified as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The Growing Mental Wellness Program Administrator provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for the Growing Mental Wellness Together initiative across Centerstone covered counties: Brown, Lawrence, and Jackson and LifeSpring covered counties: Crawford, Harrison, Orange, Perry, and Washington as part of Region 7's Rural Health Transformation Program. This position is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of community mental wellness promotion activities, community engagement and strategies, community education efforts, and digital behavioral health resource expansion through the CredibleMind platform.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
