Love creating moments that guests remember long after they leave? Grove & Boutique is looking for someone who knows that exceptional service is all about the little things.

As part of our team, you’ll be more than just taking orders you’ll be creating experiences. From welcoming guests with a genuine smile and recommending the perfect bite or drink, to crafting great coffee and showcasing our luxury retail collection, you’ll bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality to every interaction.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with guests, share your recommendations, introduce them to something they’ll love and turn an ordinary visit into something special. You’ll be confident taking orders, making suggestions and upselling naturally, while always making sure our guests feel welcomed, valued and looked after.

And because the details matter, you’ll take pride in keeping Grove & Boutique looking its absolute best from impeccable presentation and hygiene to staying on top of stock and ensuring every product is ready to impress.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver warm, personalised service that makes every visit feel special.
• Make recommendations, craft great coffee and showcase our premium retail offering.
• Connect, recommend & upsell – Get to know our guests, anticipate their needs and confidently introduce them to products they’ll love.
• Keep everything looking exceptional. Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and stock standards across Grove & Boutique.
• Previous barista experience in a boutique or premium hospitality setting
• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer service environments
• Confidence selling high-value luxury items ranging from $2,000–$10,000
• A proactive sales mindset with proven success achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Strong upselling skills with the ability to make tailored recommendations
• Experience using POS systems and EFTPOS facilities
• A passion for fashion, luxury eyewear, and premium lifestyle brands
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of stock management, hygiene standards, and stock rotation procedures

Base rate $27.17 + penalties + loading
