What you'll do:

• Develop and shepherd a leadership team that gives oversight to Group Leaders
• Identify and invest in Life Group Leaders
• Give leadership to the launch of Rooted Groups, a new and critical part of the discipleship strategy at Lakepointe
• Be a culture carrier at the Rockwall Campus for the importance of living and engaging in biblical community through Life Groups
• Assimilate men and women into Rooted Groups and Life Groups
• Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
• Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults at the Rockwall Campus
• Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and events

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

• Experience leading a volunteer team of high capacity leaders
• Ability to recruit and develop potential leaders
• Comfortable calling people to take a next step in leadership and engagement
• Experience shepherding a wide demographic of people in spiritual conversations from a strong biblical knowledge
• Teachable spirit, humble - pursuing feedback and coaching
• BA or BS preferred
