Are you organised, customer-focused and passionate about hospitality? We're looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing enquiries, bookings and events across Novotel and ibis London Blackfriars.
Working across both hotels, you'll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed business, coordinating group accommodation and events, building strong client relationships and helping drive both new and repeat business.

✔ Experience in hospitality, meetings & events, reservations or customer service
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Experience within a hotel environment
✔ Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar hotel systems (preferred)
