Ever tried managing treasury in a business where growth, acquisitions and changing cash positions mean no two months look quite the same?

Join Lomond Group's Group Finance team in London, reporting to the Group Financial Controller and leading a Treasury Analyst. Working from the office three days a week, you'll take ownership of debt management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity and banking arrangements across the Group, helping ensure funding, cash visibility and treasury controls keep pace with an acquisitive and fast-moving business.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building and improving processes rather than inheriting a mature treasury function. You'll work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders, senior leadership, lenders and banking partners, providing the insight and governance needed to support growth while balancing liquidity, risk and commercial returns.

What you'll be doing

• Own the Group's rolling 12-month cash flow forecasting process, improving forecast accuracy and providing meaningful insight into cash performance.
• Monitor working capital trends and identify emerging cash flow risks and opportunities across the business.
• Produce covenant, liquidity and treasury reporting for senior management, lenders, investors and the Board.
• Manage the Group's debt facilities, including drawdowns, repayments, covenant monitoring and compliance reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for banking relationships and support the optimisation of banking facilities, services and structures.
• Drive the simplification of banking arrangements and support the integration of acquired businesses into Group treasury processes.
• Optimise interest income on surplus cash while ensuring appropriate liquidity and risk management.
• Support interest rate risk management activities, including hedging analysis, documentation and monitoring.
• Develop treasury scenario analysis to support acquisition planning, funding decisions and covenant management.
• Lead, develop and support the Treasury Analyst while driving treasury process, governance and controls improvements.

What you'll need

• Significant treasury or cash management experience with particular focus on debt management and cash flow forecasting.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AMCT qualification.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, banking operations, covenant reporting and treasury controls.
• Experience working with lenders and banking partners, including interest income optimisation and interest rate risk management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with the ability to build practical forecasting tools.
• A commercially minded, self-starting approach with the ability to influence finance and non-finance stakeholders alike.
