As part of the Group Tax Department, you will join the Transfer Pricing team and report directly to the Transfer Pricing Manager

In this role, you will work on a broad range of transfer pricing matters, including advisory, structuring, tax audits and transfer pricing compliance, while partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury and operational teams across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key liaison between the Group Tax Department and Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury and operational teams, providing guidance on transfer pricing matters relating to both operational and corporate transactions (functional analyses, definition, implementation and monitoring of the Group's transfer pricing policy, etc.).
  • Raising awareness of transfer pricing matters across support functions and operational teams through targeted communication and training initiatives, particularly in preparation for tax audits.
  • Managing transfer pricing compliance activities, including the preparation and maintenance of the Master File, Local Files, testing matrices and the review of benchmarking studies.
  • Supporting transfer pricing tax audits in France and internationally by preparing the required documentation and defending the Group's transfer pricing policy before tax authorities.
  • Assisting with the management of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
  • Supporting the M&A teams on transfer pricing aspects of restructuring and integration projects.
  • Reviewing intercompany agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.

Profile

You hold a degree from a leading Business School or University with a specialization in Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting or Audit.

You have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally gained within a law firm, a Big Four firm and/or the tax department of a large international group.

You are recognized for your:

  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in understanding business operations;
  • Proactive mindset ;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment;
  • Excellent written communication skills ;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

You have :

  • Solid expertise in Transfer Pricing;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Advanced Excel skills.
