Job Responsibilties:

Quality Performance Dashboard Management

Collaborate with all Business Units (BUs) to gather and analyze monthly data for performance trend evaluation. Support the prioritization of quarterly governance action plans.

Quality Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Partner with BUs on external audits, Requests for Change (RFC), and quality risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and foster a strong food safety culture across the organization.

Resource Database Leadership

Oversee and maintain the Total Quality Management (TQM) resource database. Ensure documents are up to date, manage user access requests, and maintain approval matrices.

Document Development and Maintenance

Assist in the creation and upkeep of R&D policies, guidelines, and procedures in alignment with international standards.

Vendor Qualification for Raw Materials and Packaging

Conduct document reviews, liaise with suppliers, perform technical assessments, and lead audits to ensure compliance before vendors are added to the Approved Vendor List.

Process Qualification for New Lines or Equipment

Changes Design and execute sterility test plans, verify cleaning and sanitation (CIP), and conduct hygiene checks to ensure readiness for commercial production.

Quality Plan Program Development

Develop and maintain quality plans across all BUs. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
