Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Architect with knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors or OpenText and ready to get to the heart of additional HR applications (e.g. DataCamp, Kornferry’s Engagement Survey etc.) which will be added to the portfolio of our HR Platforms department at Allianz Technology.

You will …

  • Collaborate with the HR Platforms Architecture team to overlook the overall HR IT Landscape.
  • Create and maintain repositories as required to document the architectural set-up of HR IT applications applying ArchiMate and/or Arc24.
  • Support the preparation of alignments with Enterprise Architecture Boards, in which new projects are assessed to avoid increase of technical debt.
  • Support IT risk assessments and compliance review activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders, to gather change requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions – majorly in the field of SuccessFactors or OpenText alternatively.
  • Think of the ‘big picture', considering end-to-end HR IT processes and identify cross-application/platform dependencies.

Your skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors with 5+ years of experience as SAP SF Architect with in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors preferably SF Role Based Permissions and Platform set-up, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, any other module welcome
  • Alternatively, OpenText skills with multiple years of experience
  • Willingness to get to explore and dive-into additional HR IT applications to document the architectural set-up
  • Know how in integration methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
