Job Description

Job nature:

• Stand-alone expert position, not expected to build-up team anytime soon
• Reporting to CFO
• Based in Dubai, UAE

• Responsible for overseeing the organization's tax strategies and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for local and regional tax matters. Provide essential support and manage relationships with external tax authorities and consultants. Offer internal tax advisory services and assist with business operations across all countries operated by the Group
• Identification and management of all tax risks and ensure that all tax-related obligations are met efficiently and accurately
• Develop defendable transfer pricing policies and models. Prepare the local and master transfer pricing files
• Advising on the most efficient tax structures from the Group and its Shareholder perspective
• Preparing and submitting all the tax returns in UAE
• Reviewing all the tax returns prepared for the Group by the external advisors
