HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the Group Talent Communities Management Director, reporting to the HQ Group Talent Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Richemont's talent landscape. Your mission will be to define, develop, and animate our internal talent communities across all Maisons, Regions, and Functions. You will foster the growth, engagement, and retention of our diverse talents, ensuring alignment with our commercial ambitions, particularly within our retail business globally. This involves driving the strategic vision for talent management and ensuring consistent development paths across the Group.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic planning: Define and implement the long-term vision and strategic axes for Talent Communities Management, including specific strategies for creative, marketing/merchandising, and retail talent management. You will contribute to overall
capability development through targeted community animation and specific learning paths, while integrating external insights on market trends and innovations.
Talent Management 360: You will ensure a global 360-degree view of talent management within communities, ensuring optimal talent pools are secured in close collaboration with HRDs and Talent Acquisition. This includes defining clear and consistent career paths, ensuring consistency in job catalogues and titles working closely with Group Rewards. You will also lead continuous management of assessment and career development tools, including Talent management process in Workday.
Talent Assessment & Community Engagement: You will collaborate closely with Learning & Development teams to support the continuous upskilling and employability of our talents and structure the implementation of consistent and progressive career paths. You will also drive the development of robust succession plans and centralize internal mobility strategies. You will also build & monitor specific talent pools across Maisons’ HQ and Regions, with strong succession plans for senior management roles across all Maisons supporting their career development plans. You will contribute to the design and manage the operational implementation of international development programs for international retail sales experts and high-potential talents in the Group.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You will animate the HR Talent Management community across Maisons and Divisions, organizing regular meetings on common priorities and projects and involve HR and partner departments in sharing the strategic vision and operational components. You will align with Maison HRDs, Regional teams, L&D, and
Commercial/Marketing Directors to ensure a cohesive approach to talent management,
actively participating in global talent meetings.
Project Management & Communication: You will lead and ensure the proper execution of strategic talent projects, defining and monitoring key performance indicators for talent communities, and managing annual assessments for retail boutique managers and sales communities. Furthermore, you will develop and implement impactful communication strategies for key talent initiatives, ensuring effective communication of our talent strategy across all levels and to top management.
