As our Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership and key positions across Europe. You will work closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, and senior leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive process improvements, implement innovative recruitment strategies, and shape the way we source talent globally.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, aligned with your experience and qualifications. The starting annual gross salary for a senior candidate begins at EUR 52.050,15, with the final offer depending on experience and overall fit.
