YOUR ROLE
Within a fast-growing international environment, you will play a key role in driving excellence across our recruitment lifecycle for Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, Facilities, etc.).
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will go beyond daily execution to act as a strategic business partner to Hiring Managers. While managing end-to-end recruitments, you will actively contribute to the team’s transformation by taking ownership of strategic, high-impact projects centered around Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and TA Data Intelligence
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Corporate Functions, you will be a driving force in optimizing our processes and elevating our talent attraction strategies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management
  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (intake meetings, sourcing strategies, job posting, interviewing, and initiating onboarding) for various Corporate Functions.
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, providing market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment recommendations.
  • Direct Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage advanced sourcing methods and professional networks to attract top-tier, diverse, and passive talent in a competitive market.
2. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Champion
  • Attraction Strategy: Support and implement innovative employer branding initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline and visibility.
  • Candidate Journey: Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and premium candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, maximizing engagement and conversion.
  • Innovation: Proactively identify and suggest new talent attraction channels, trends, and recruitment practices to keep the Group ahead of the curve.
3. TA Data Intelligence & Process Optimization
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Ensure the highest level of data quality within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards.
  • KPIs & Analytics: Leverage recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous process improvements.
  • Digital Tools: Support the adoption and optimization of new digital TA tools and technologies within the team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Profile & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining experience in an Executive Search / Recruitment firm and an in-house corporate environment.
  • Project Appetite: Demonstrated interest and involvement in transversal HR projects, particularly around Employer Branding, Candidate Experience initiatives, or Data Analytics
Mindset & Skills:
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable with numbers, data interpretation, and tracking KPIs to back up decisions.
  • Agility & Organization: Ability to prioritize effectively and manage a high volume of open positions in a fast-paced, complex, and international environment.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an adaptable personality capable of interacting with professionals at all levels.
  • Languages: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
