Job Description

The Group Talent Acquisition Officer plays a crucial role in enhancing the workforce of our manufacturing and production operations in Australia. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and culture. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a diverse and skilled workforce that drives organisational success.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple divisions within the Group
• Support hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing to offer stage
• Improve consistency and compliance in recruitment practices
• Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
• Manage and enhance the candidate experience at all stages
• Build and maintain a centralised talent pipeline and candidate database
• Identify opportunities to redeploy or share talent across the Group
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to build recruitment capability
• Ensure recruitment documentation and processes meet organisational and compliance standards
• Contribute to employer branding and attraction strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR support roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while influencing and guiding hiring managers
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and compliance
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience working in a multi-division organisation (desirable)
• Experience using Employment Hero
  or similar HRIS/recruitment platforms (highly regarded)
