HIRING POSITION:
Group Strategy (GM level) - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with fellow Executive Leadership Team members to effectively execute the organization's strategy, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all levels.
• Spearheads the development of the organizational strategic plan/framework, aligning with the directives from the CEO and Board of Directors. This involves leading the strategic planning process, analyzing long-term trends and competitive intelligence.
• Oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives across different levels to accomplish desired outcomes.
• Establishes appropriate metrics to gauge performance and track progress towards strategic objectives.
• Gains a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and external factors, emphasizing growth opportunities and relationship management.
• Encourages the organization to identify and address gaps, fostering the creation of new business prospects.
• Advocates strongly for digital transformation initiatives across the entire Supply Chain.
• Takes charge of formulating and executing investment strategies, encompassing

Qualifications

• Preference for an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Demonstrated exceptional academic performance.
• 5-7 years of experience in a strategy-related role, with an advantage for experience in top-tier management consulting firms.
• Relevant industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills demonstrated.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and assuming increased responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the pet care sector is advantageous, although not mandatory.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
